Terms of Service

OnlyFlow is software that settles commission an agency is already owed under an agreement it already has. We are not a party to that agreement, we do not set its percentage, and we do not decide who owes what.

WE NEVER HOLD YOUR MONEY. Every transfer settles from one bank account to another. Nothing passes through an OnlyFlow balance at any point. Our fee is invoiced to you and collected separately; it is never taken out of a transfer.

WE BILL YOU, NOT THE CREATOR. No creator is charged anything by OnlyFlow, in any circumstance, and no fee we raise may be addressed to one.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR AGREEMENTS. You warrant that every amount you ask us to collect is genuinely due and owing to you under a signed agreement that is valid and enforceable where the creator lives. If it is not, no transfer of it is authorized, and every debit carries that warranty on its face.

WE WILL REFUSE. This system fails closed. Where a rule, a signature, an attestation or a live bank check is missing, the transfer does not happen and the reason is recorded and shown to you. That is not a fault; it is what you are buying.

EITHER OF US MAY STOP. You can pause transfers at any time from Settings, and close your account at any time at no charge. What is owed remains owed.
